In November 2022, the elders of Gray Road Baptist Church in Indianapolis, IN, prayerfully made the decision to plant a new church. They sought after a central Indiana community in need of a church committed to the sufficiency of Scripture, the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and a high view of the sovereignty of God. After an attentive and prayerful process, they became convinced that Bargersville, IN, is the community where such a church is needed.

Throughout 2023, the individual members of Gray Road Baptist Church began to prayerfully consider whether God was calling them to move to Bargersville for the purpose of serving as founding members of this church plant. During this time, Pastor Brock Graham, of Redeemer Bible Church, invited Steven and Andrea Smith to share the vision of the church plant with his congregation. Several families from Redeemer began to pray about their involvement with Bargersville Bible Church. In the end, six adults from Redeemer and 16 adults from Gray Road joined together to plant Bargersville Bible Church. We held our inaugural service on Sunday, November 3, 2024.

We gather each week to worship Christ in prayer, in praise, in preaching, and in preparation for ministry. We gather to minister, love, and serve one another. It is our desire that every believer in our congregation is fully equipped to do the ministry that God has for them to do! We will meet in the Nichols Cabinetry building in downtown Bargersville at 10:30AM, starting on March 2, 2025. We would love for you to join us at the beginning of March!
